Penny Black Make & Take with Teresa

Come make a floral card using a Penny Black stamp set. Teresa Case will provide you with two options and help you put color and put together a beautiful card. You will use Copic markers for some simple coloring to make a layered card. Fee: $1.50 or free with a $15 purchase.
