Runaway was so pleased the first time we were able to host mixed media artist, author and Ranger® signature designer Dina Wakley. And we are even more excited to be bringing her back to the store in August! If you caught one of her classes the first time, you know what the buzz is about. And if you missed her, now is your chance!
Dina will be teaching five different classes during her three-day visit with the Runaway gang.
In this particular Handmade Board Book class you will join Dina in going back to her mixed media roots: book making.
We will make a handmade board journal that is rich with layers and textures. We’ll stamp and write and create a piece of book art that tells a unique story from page to page. Lots of mixed media fun and expression will go into every page.
Techniques, texture, this book has it all. Bring your journal for note taking.
Because of the high level of interest, the class fee includes a $5 non-refundable cancellation deposit that otherwise applies to the cost of the class.
Required supplies: Scissors, baby wipes, paper towels.
